Patten Properties has announced the official release of Section 2 at The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch, marking what the company calls its biggest land sale event of the year with homesites starting at $79,900.

The June 28 grand opening event will offer 1- to 3-acre wooded homesites in the nature-inspired acreage community located in New Waverly, just north of Houston. The development sits within the New Waverly Independent School District and is positioned on the west side of Interstate 45, providing direct highway access that sets it apart from other acreage communities typically located 20-plus minutes from major routes.

The community sits at an average elevation of 325 feet and includes county-maintained roads, underground utilities, high-speed fiber internet, and central water systems.
