Content Terms of Use

These Content Terms of Use govern the use of articles, images, and other content published by KeyCrew LLC doing business as KeyCrew Media (“KeyCrew”) on keycrew.co and KeyCrew’s affiliated publications (the “Content”). By accessing or using the Content, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservation of Rights; No Republication by Default. Except as expressly authorized under Section 2, you may not republish, redistribute, syndicate, frame, mirror, or otherwise publish or display the Content, in whole or in substantial part, on any website, platform, or publication. All rights in the Content not expressly granted are reserved by KeyCrew and its contributors.

2. Authorized Republication. Republication of the Content is permitted only under a written contract signed with KeyCrew, and then only on the terms of that contract. Any republication outside a signed contract is unauthorized. Licensing inquiries: [email protected].

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property. The Content is owned by KeyCrew and its contributors and is protected by United States copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Trademarks. KeyCrew’s names, logos, and marks may not be used except as expressly permitted under an authorization described in Section 2.

5. No Warranty. The Content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability. In no event will KeyCrew be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Content.

7. Suspension and Termination. KeyCrew may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Content, or any authorization to republish it, at any time and without notice or liability.

8. Changes to These Terms. KeyCrew may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms. Your continued use of the Content after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute will first be submitted to mediation; if no resolution is reached through mediation, it will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in or around Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
