Patten Properties has announced the official release of Section 2 at The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch, marking what the company calls its biggest land sale event of the year with homesites starting at $79,900.
The June 28 grand opening event will offer 1- to 3-acre wooded homesites in the nature-inspired acreage community located in New Waverly, just north of Houston. The community sits at an average elevation of 325 feet and includes county-maintained roads, underground utilities, high-speed fiber internet, and central water systems.
