LONDON – May 21, 2026 – Vallist, the premium flexible workspace operator founded by former WeWork executive Alex Passler, has reached its six-month operational milestone at Finlaison House in London’s Holborn district. The company is announcing the launch of its Global Access Program and the upcoming activation of enhanced member amenities.

Vallist has formalized partnerships with premium workspace operators Centrum Spaces in the UAE (locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and Corporate Edge in India, creating a Global Access Program that extends member access across international markets. Additional U.S. partnerships are currently in development.

“We’ve chosen operators to partner with who are very similar to us in terms of hospitality and how they treat their members,” Passler said. “Our members can now access premium workspace in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and multiple cities across India, with the same level of service and quality they experience at Finlaison House.”

Members can book partner locations directly through the member portal or coordinate access through Vallist’s concierge service. All standard amenities are included without additional fees, providing straightforward workspace access for professionals traveling internationally.

A barista and café service will launch shortly, with gym and wellness facilities opening summer 2026. The staged amenity rollout reflects Vallist’s approach of activating services as member density reaches the level that supports sustainable operations. “By waiting for critical mass rather than launching everything on day one, we ensure these services deliver the elevated experience our members expect,” Passler noted.

Private office demand continues to strengthen, with several large companies scheduled to move into Finlaison House during June 2026. The corporate client composition reflects Vallist’s positioning as the premium option for established companies seeking high-quality workspace in central London. “We’re seeing strong interest from law firms, financial services companies, and professional services firms who value the quality of environment and member composition we’ve cultivated,” Passler said.

Vallist operates through white-label management agreements with landlords rather than traditional lease structures, aligning operator and landlord incentives through revenue-sharing. Six months of operational data supports this partnership approach as an effective alternative to traditional lease-backed flexible workspace models.

Vallist’s expansion strategy prioritizes building market depth in London before extending to additional geographies. Future London locations will complement Finlaison House by serving different submarkets with location-specific design and amenity strategies. While the company’s immediate focus remains London, Vallist is evaluating opportunities in select U.S. markets where demand for premium, hospitality-led flexible workspace aligns with its operational model and quality standards.
