FAYETTEVILLE, GA, USA, July 8, 2024 /EINPresswire.com/ — Terra Development, LLC has successfully closed the capital raise for Blakely Manor Credit Fund LLC. The fund has invested in Blakely Manor Development LLC which is managed by Chatham Neighborhoods. As of May 31, 2024, the company owns 50 acres of raw land in Milton GA that will be developed into 36 construction ready lots. The development is anticipated to be completed in 15-18 months.
