To maintain the integrity of our intelligence network, every expert must meet a minimum threshold of professional credibility and market insight. Our editorial team evaluates each applicants and firms across multiple criteria before extending Verified status.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Professional seniority: C-suite, partner, founder, managing broker, principal, or equivalent leadership role.
- Active market operator: Demonstrated participation in real-estate transactions, development, investment, advisory, or operations within the last 24 months.
- Clear expertise domain: A defined area of practice (e.g., multifamily brokerage, affordable housing development, hard-money lending, industrial acquisitions, title & escrow, STR operations, luxury property representation, etc.).
- Quality contribution of meaningful insight: Ability to articulate market context, operating perspective, and sector-specific observations during the interview. Verification requires sharing real expertise – not marketing fluff.
