Terra Innovations began several years ago when founder Billy Becker and his wife started purchasing and flipping properties. Their success led them to scale the operation by building a team of skilled professionals.
“They eventually assembled a team of highly skilled, experienced professionals from various markets. By bringing these individuals under the Terra Innovations umbrella, they’ve created continuous forward momentum,” LaBare says.
The company now specializes in creating high-end luxury properties aimed at affluent buyers seeking generational wealth opportunities. Their target demographic consists of financially secure individuals who lack the time to customize a home build themselves.
“We develop properties with a vision informed by years of experience, creating homes that appeal to our specific audience,” LaBare explains. “We provide white glove, concierge service, guiding clients through the entire process from beginning to end.”
Beyond Traditional Office Space
Terra Innovations recently opened a new office space in Ponte Vedra Beach that exemplifies their groundbreaking approach to luxury lifestyle.
“This isn’t a typical single-tenant office. We’re selling a lifestyle through spaces we lease to individuals,” LaBare says. “When I describe it as lifestyle, I mean truly premium office accommodations.”
The facility features a full-scale gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a lounge with advanced cooling and filtration systems, and an industrial-grade kitchen designed for a professional chef. Located across the street from the beach, the space embodies Terra Innovations’ vision of blending work and lifestyle.
“We’re providing an all-in-one environment under one roof, combining healthy lifestyle elements with productive business space, plus the beach right across the street,” LaBare explains. “You can take your lunch break at the beach and return refreshed to your work.”
This concept has proven so successful that the office space is already fully occupied with a waiting list of prospective tenants. The company is now seeking a chef to utilize the industrial kitchen, providing services to tenants while potentially operating their own business from the space.
Expanding Beyond Real Estate


Terra Innovations has leveraged its expertise in luxury markets to branch into several other industries:
Yachting Industry: The company offers yacht charters, allowing clients to book vacations on various vessels, including Mediterranean excursions.
Private Jets: Similar to their yacht offerings, Terra Innovations provides jet leasing and personalized travel arrangements.
Office Spaces: As highlighted by their recent announcement, the company is developing premium office locations that blend work and lifestyle elements, with plans to expand to other major metropolitan areas.
Energy Sector: In perhaps their most ambitious diversification, Terra Innovations is purchasing old power plants and reimagining the properties for new uses.
“We’re acquiring former power plants situated on valuable but underutilized properties,” LaBare reveals. “We’re repurposing these sites for various applications, whether new energy solutions, data centers, or community-scale projects.”
The Luxury Marketing Challenge
Marketing across such diverse luxury sectors presents unique challenges, which LaBare acknowledges requires different approaches for different audiences. “My approach varies depending on which aspect of the business I’m representing. Marketing multi-million dollar properties requires different strategies than promoting month-to-month office rentals,” he explains.
Despite these differences, LaBare identifies a common thread: “Each brand within our portfolio serves clients who expect excellence. We consistently meet and exceed those expectations across all our ventures.”
The company’s marketing strategy focuses on reaching the right audience rather than achieving widespread recognition. “We don’t necessarily aspire to be a household name,” LaBare says. “Our priority is ensuring our brand reaches the appropriate audience.”
Looking Ahead
Terra Innovations has an ambitious roadmap for the coming year. In real estate, they’re preparing to list several new properties, including developments in Florida, the Florida Keys, South Carolina, Michigan, and Maryland.
“We have an upcoming listing in Ocean Reef, an exclusive area of the Keys. This property’s location alone makes it significant news in the luxury market,” LaBare notes.
The company’s yacht charter business is already booking for the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Meanwhile, they’re looking to duplicate their successful office space model in other locations.
“Over the next 12 to 14 months, we aim to reproduce this business model in other locations, either elsewhere in the region or in different parts of the country,” LaBare says.
