Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.

2.3 Media Release and Editorial Authorization: By participating in any interview, video call, or similar session with KeyCrew Journal or our media team, you agree that KeyCrew may record the session and create a written transcript. We may publish all or part of your transcript, create articles and derivative content from it.This includes the right to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, and distribute your transcripts and statements across any format (text, audio, video, or graphics) and medium (print, digital, or audiovisual) for commercial purposes. The content may be quoted or adapted for use in reports, articles, social media, databases, offerings, products, or other materials related to the Company. We may reference the original interview as the source of the data used to generate such content. This authorization is granted without territorial or temporal limitation and without entitlement to monetary compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You expressly waive the right to review or approve the final content prior to its release, unless such review has been explicitly arranged between the parties. We will not use your voice, image, or likeness to create synthetic or AI-generated representations (such as bots, avatars, or voice clones) without your separate, explicit consent.
